1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During sales, promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to:

  • All Emirates within the UAE

  • GCC countries (optional)

  • Selected international destinations (optional)

3. Delivery Timeframes

UAE Deliveries

  • Dubai & Abu Dhabi: 1–3 business days

  • Other Emirates: 2–5 business days

GCC Deliveries

  • Estimated delivery: 4–10 business days

International Deliveries

  • Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or high order volumes.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Order weight/size

  • Selected shipping method

Free Shipping

We may offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders above a specified amount.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible UAE orders.

  • Customers must ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order.

  • Repeated failed COD deliveries may result in future COD restrictions.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email/SMS

  • Tracking details and courier information

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.


7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unreachable customer

  • Refusal to accept delivery

the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

  • Delays caused by customs authorities are outside our control.


9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

10. Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
